Manager of Behavior Services
Lorna Bosak is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. Ms. Bosak has worked with children, adolescents and their families for over 20 years. Ms. Bosak’s approach is eclectic; utilizing components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Play Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Mindfulness, based on the unique needs of the individual. Ms. Bosak assists clients in developing coping skills for problems related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, family discord, social skills issues, grief, as well as assisting those who have a history of trauma. A strong component of Ms. Bosak’s work is assisting parents with developing positive skills to manage their children’s behavioral or emotional issues.
